Prices from 1st June 2024

Our charges are calculated from the day of drop off to the day of collection. We do not offer any discounts for early collections, the full term will be charged for. Please note We have a minimum stay of 3 days in peak times.
Our peak times are school holidays, bank holidays and Christmas. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. All drop offs, collections and viewings are strictly within opening hours or at our discretion.
We are open to look after cats all year around but closed for drop offs and collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. We only open in the morning on Bank Holiday Mondays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Payments

We take payment by cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer payment must be made before you collect your cat. Currently we do not require any deposits or charge for cancellations. Though please be respectful and notify us as early as possible if needing to cancel your booking please get in touch as soon as possible.

Viewings

We highly encourage all prospective customers to come and have a look before you book. Viewings are by appointment only so please get in touch to book an informative tour where we will be happy to answer any questions.

Pick Up/Drop off service

For those without transport we offer a pick up and drop off service. This is purely subject to availability and charges depend upon location. Cats will only be transported in an appropriate and secure pet carrier.

Monday to Friday 9-10am & 4-6pm
Saturday and Sunday 9-10am only
Phone and correspondence hours are between :

8-6pm and will be answered only at our convenience.Enquiries outside of these hours will be responded to in due course
